NHS Shared Business Services intends to put in place its 3rd generation Framework Agreement for the provision of Hard Facilities Management (and Associated Products and Services) to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework Agreement.
The existing agreement is coming to an end and therefore they are retendering their £400 million framework agreement for suppliers and providers to tender and join for the next 4 years.
This framework provides fast, high-volume, and profitable access to the NHS and all UK public sector contracting authorities in need of Hard FM Services.
Benefits include:
Direct Award: Transact with contracting authorities directly without the need for a competitive tender procedure.
Authority: Become a fully compliant and pre-qualified supplier to government, head & shoulders above the competition.
Quality: Contracts are awarded to companies that can demonstrate a high-quality service, and price is not the deciding factor.
Cashflow: Under the faster payment scheme, SME invoices can be paid in 5 days.
