John Simmonds
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of the Neuven Group, John has extensive experience at a senior level within the UK staffing sector having held a board-level role at one of the UK’s largest staffing providers, followed by Managing Director and CEO positions within the sector for the past 18 years. 

Since 2010, John has led a team that has built Neuven from an embryonic state into a leading vendor-neutral provider with an established and respected audit and compliance division. 

John is committed to continuing the remarkable growth of the company, whilst staying true to the principles and values that have underpinned the success of Neuven to date.

Martin Shaw
Chief Financial Officer

Martin is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has previously held senior finance positions within a range of industries including Technology, Utilities, Construction and for the past 14 years, neutral vending.

Whilst heading up the finance function within Neuven to ensure a solid platform of back-office support, Martin also has a deep involvement across all divisions within the company and is integral to the continuous, rapid growth of the organisation.

Utilising experience gained within both blue chip and entrepreneurial organisations, Martin works closely with the other board members of Neuven to continually identify and execute value-adding initiatives to the benefit of Neuven’s ever-expanding client base and value chain.

Paul Davies
Managing Director

As Managing Director, Paul has extensive experience in both the Public and Private sectors and strongly emphasises ethical and moral principles across the business.

Paul brings over two decades of experience in analysing and auditing processes for global organisations to enhance and improve supply chains, supplier management and P2P Processes through benchmarking techniques, analysis of supplier data, workflow and procurement processes. 

During his career, Paul has realised £100m+ of client savings and has designed and implemented some of the largest UK Frameworks and Public Contracts. He has also worked with global organisations to analyse supply chains and ERP systems, aiming to identify payment and contract errors that led to overspending. His expertise in Spend Recovery caught the attention of Crown Commercial Services, where he was invited to establish Spend Recovery for the Public Sector. 

Brendan Langridge
Sales and Marketing Director

As Sales and Marketing Director, Brendan combines his two passions in life: helping people achieve their dreams and providing exceptional consultancy services to some of the UK's largest Public and Private Sector organisations.

Brendan specialises in Compliance, Audits, Bid Management, and Tender Support. He assists hundreds of clients in improving and enhancing their businesses' capabilities by ensuring that their supply chains and employees meet the highest standards of vetting and compliance.

With 27 years of experience in sales, Brendan has worked with numerous esteemed clients across the UK's largest Public and Private Sector organisations. 

Christine McMillan
Head of Operations

Christine is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in recruitment and client relations. She has worked with various SMEs to large global organisations throughout her career. She started as a Consultant at the Neuven Group and has now progressed to a leadership position as the head of the Business and Optimization division at Neuven Consult.

Christine's expertise spans multiple industries, including finance, logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare. This broad knowledge base allows her to have a comprehensive understanding of clients and the specific challenges they face in their respective industries.

One of Christine's key strengths is her ability to manage people effectively. With over 13 years of service, she has honed her skills in leadership and team management. Her efficiency, loyalty, and can-do attitude inspire and motivate the Consult team. Moreover, her colleagues find her company comfortable and relaxed due to her infectious sense of humour.

Overall, Christine's extensive experience, industry knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills make her a valuable asset to Neuven Consult. She plays a vital role in driving the success of the business and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ben Clark
Head of Bid Management

Ben has had a diverse career at Neuven, spanning over 10 years. He has held multiple roles, starting as an Auditor and Training Consultant, and eventually becoming the Head of Delivery of the Bid Management Team. With more than 13 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Training, and Bid Management, Ben has gained extensive knowledge of customer requirements and needs.

Ben established the Bid Management Team in 2014, initially focusing on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) opportunity for a local authority. Over the years, his team has encountered successfully delivered contracts worth over £1M annually, achieving a remarkable 97% success rate. As a result, the Bid Management team has become one of the leading companies in this field within the UK.

Ben's approach to customers and suppliers revolves around honesty, supportiveness, and commitment. These principles have been central to the services provided by Neuven, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

John-Jacob Britz
Head of Audit and Training

As Head of Audit and Training, John-Jacob brings over a decade of experience in Healthcare Compliance.

He has worked with renowned agencies in the industry, establishing himself as a professional with extensive knowledge of compliance management, framework regulations and standards, audits, internal and external training, as well as project management.

John-Jacob's expertise enables him to provide a high level of professionalism and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
