About the YPO Managed Services & Digital Transformation Solutions Framework
YPO (Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation) has developed the new Managed Services -1223 Framework agreement by amalgamating a number of previously separate contracts to accommodate Buyers with a range of digital solution and transformation needs.
Managed Services -1223 is a key procurement route for delivering digital transformation across the UK public sector, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, and Devolved Administrations. It supports long-term strategic partnerships for both new solutions and the enhancement of existing systems, enabling full end-to-end management of an organisation’s IT infrastructure and digital services.
The new 4-year YPO national agreement been developed in order to provide a range of public sector buyers with a route to purchase high-quality ICT managed services and solutions.
The expected lot structure is anticipated to be as follows:
- Lot 1 – ICT Managed Service
- Lot 2 – Digital and Physical Document and Records Management
- Lot 3 – Print and Digital Communication Solutions
- Lot 4 – Digital Transformation (combination of lots 1, 2 and 3)
- Lot 5 – Electronic Office Supplies
Potential requirements for bidders:
- Can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of the contract or already has in place Public liability Insurance, Employers’ liability Insurance and Professional indemnity Insurance
- ISO standards or equivalents
- Cyber Essentials and/or Cyber Essential Plus
- Previous experience of delivering the same or similar services
- Carbon Reduction Plan*
