The Opportunity
CCS Executive & Non-Executive Search 3 (RM6394) will replace RM6290 and provide central government and wider public sector organisations across the UK with comprehensive access to executive and non-executive recruitment services for permanent roles, fixed-term positions, and senior staff temporarily transferred from other organisations.
This framework fundamentally transforms how the government procures senior talent, encompassing the full spectrum from senior civil servants to public appointments. The framework extends beyond traditional recruitment to include strategic workforce planning, talent development, executive development and coaching, psychometric analysis and technology services. Without framework inclusion, your access to central government opportunities will be severely limited.
The Lot structure for the new Framework will remain the same as the current iteration.
- Lot 1: Executive Search – Grade 6, SCS1 and SCS2 (and equivalents)
- Lot 2: Executive Search – SCS3 and SCS4 (and equivalents)
- Lot 3: Non-Executive and Public Appointments

- Financial Viability Risk Assessment to be undertaken using the authorities bronze FVRA tool
