The framework is currently structured across three Lots:
Lot 1 – Intelligent Automation Services
Consultancy and professional services supporting the assessment, design, implementation and ongoing development of automation.
Lot 2 – Intelligent Automation Software and Licensing
Software platforms, technologies and associated licensing required to deliver Intelligent Automation solutions.
Lot 3 – Intelligent Automation as a Service (IAaaS)
End-to-end managed automation solutions delivered as a service.
The framework provides suppliers with an important route into NHS and wider public sector demand for automation, AI-enabled transformation and technologies designed to improve productivity, efficiency and service delivery.
Potential requirements for bidders:
- D&B Rating and assessment of financial standing
- Can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of the contract or already has in place Public liability Insurance, Employers’ liability Insurance and Professional indemnity Insurance
- Cyber Essentials
- ISO standards or equivalents by time of award including ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001
- Previous experience of delivering the same or similar services
- Carbon Reduction Plan*
