This updated 4-year Open Framework will deliver integrated facilities management (IFM) services, with lotting aligned to defined estate portfolio types to reflect differing operational characteristics and service requirements. It will provide access to a comprehensive IFM model combining hard FM (including mechanical and electrical maintenance, fabric maintenance and building engineering services) and soft FM (including cleaning, security, waste and grounds maintenance) within a single, coordinated delivery model.
The Opportunity
The updated £660 million, 4-year national agreement has been developed to provide a range of hard and soft FM services to the City of London Corporation, City of London Police and local authorities, police forces, educational establishments and other contracting authorities.
It covers both hard FM and soft FM services under an integrated delivery model, including:
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Building fabric maintenance
- Cleaning and waste management
- Security services
- Catering
- Grounds maintenance and horticulture
- Helpdesk and CAFM services
- Project works and lifecycle replacement
- Energy and sustainability services
