Fusion 21 – Construction & Refurbishment Framework – £900 Million Value

UK Government is seeking Construction & Refurbishment Services for use across all areas of Government and the Wider Public Sector

Fusion 21 is shortly due to tender its agreement for the provision Construction & Refurbishment Services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations.

This framework ensures public sector organisations and their arm’s length bodies can access all types of Construction & Refurbishment Services.

Services offered through this framework will include, but are not limited to: Refurbishment, regeneration, Stock Improvement Programmes, Fit-Out, Change of Use, Modernisation Upgrade Works, Extension of Existing Structures, Conversion of Existing Structures, Alterations to Existing Structures, New Builds, Extra Care Schemes, Roof Top Developments, Infill Developments and Housing Regeneration Schemes.

The lot structure on the Framework has been designed to allow SME and Regional contractors to be awarded the opportunity or direct engagement

Cyber Essentials (or equivalent verified by a IASME registered certification body

ISO 9001 (or equivalent certification approved by an HMG accreditation body to ISO 9001 standard)

ISO 14001 (or equivalent certification approved by an HMG accreditation body to ISO 14001 standard)

ISO 45001 (or equivalent certification approved by an HMG accreditation body to ISO 45001 standard)
