ESPO as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of Strategic HR and Recruitment Services for use by any public body in the UK.

The existing agreement is coming to an end and therefore they are retendering their £350 million Framework agreement for suppliers and providers to tender and join for the next 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.

This framework will consist of the below Lots, where providers can bid for one, several or all of the lots:

· Lot 7 – HR Business Process Outsourcing

o Lot 7a – Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Potential requirements for bidders:

• Can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of the contract or already has in place £10m Public Liability Insurance, £5m Employers’ Liability Insurance and £2m Professional Indemnity Insurance

• Previous experience of delivering the same or similar services

• Cyber Essentials Certification
