The framework covers neutral vendor, master vendor, vendor management system, talent pool technology, and statement of works/project delivery services, enabling customers to manage agency supply chains, fill vacancies, oversee ordering, timesheets, compliance and management information, build direct talent pools, and source specialist project resources. Current expected prerequisites for Bidding
To participate in this framework opportunity, organisations must meet comprehensive compliance requirements, including:
- Cyber Essentials Certification
- Previous experience of service delivery evidence will be required
- Public Liability Insurance, Employers’ Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Financial Assessment to be undertaken as part of the framework exercise
- Carbon Reduction Plan*
