About the enFrame ICT Education Framework
EnFrame CIC has developed the ICT Education framework agreement to accommodate schools, multi-academy trusts and all UK public sector bodies to procure a range of ICT goods and services.
ICT Education is a key procurement route for delivering ICT goods and services across the UK public sector, including Education, Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, and Devolved Administrations. It supports long-term strategic partnerships for supply of new services and solutions and the enhancement of existing systems, enabling the supply of individual elements or full end-to-end management of an organisation’s ICT infrastructure, solutions and services.
The new 4-year enFrame agreement to supply ICT goods and services to the education and wider public sector (ICT Education) will provide a range of public sector buyers with a route to purchase solutions and services including hardware and software, consultancy and support and managed services with Strategic ICT Partners.
The expected lot structure is anticipated as follows:
- Lot 1 – Strategic Partnering Services
For the procurement of a partner to provide managed services and all elements of ICT planning, strategy and provision.
- Lot 2 – Managed Services & Support Services
For the procurement of helpdesk, service desk, support or managed services.
- Lot 3 – Hardware
For the procurement of hardware like mobile & fixed devices, peripherals and all associated services.
- Lot 4 – Servers and Storage
For the procurement of servers and/or storage devices and all associated services.
- Lot 5 – Networking
For the procurement of cabling, switches, access points and all networking hardware and all associated services.
- Lot 6 – Software
For the procurement of educational, general, cloud and administration software.
- Lot 7 – Cloud Services
For the procurement of the design, implementation, migration, development and support of a variety of cloud solutions.
- Lot 8 – Audio Visual
For the procurement of the design, supply, installation, management, and maintenance of audio visual solutions.
- Lot 9 – Printing
For the procurement of a partner to provide managed services and all elements of ICT planning, strategy and provision.
- Lot 10 – Telephony
For the procurement of a partner to provide managed services and all elements of ICT planning, strategy and provision.
- Lot 11- WAN
For the procurement of broadband and WAN services.
Potential requirements for bidders:
- Can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of the contract or already has in place Public liability Insurance, Employers’ liability Insurance and Professional indemnity Insurance
- Cyber Essentials Certification
- Previous experience of delivering the same or similar services
- Carbon Reduction Plan*
