Crown Commercial Service (CCS) – RM6399 – Consultancy and Professional Services (£5 billion)

Do you offer Management Consultancy services and could you, to key Public bodies like the NHS, the Department for Education, and the Ministry of Defence?

If you offer any of the following specialisms, you must act immediately:

  • Business
  • Strategy and policy
  • Finance
  • HR
  • Procurement
  • Health or social care and community
  • Infrastructure and environment
  • Restructuring and insolvency

The Opportunity

CCS Consultancy and Professional Services (RM6399) will replace Management Consultancy Framework Four (RM6309) and will be utilised by the central government and the wider public sector with a compliant and cost-effective way to access consultancy advice from a range of suppliers.

This is a pivotal opportunity to become a ‘go-to’ provider for Management Consultancy and Professional services in the public sector for the next 4 years. Many government departments are now expected to use the framework for all their procurement. Without framework inclusion, your access to central government opportunities will be severely limited.

The proposed lot structure for the new framework is currently as follows:

  • Lot 1: Multidisciplinary (under £1.5million)
  • Lot 2: Strategy and Policy
  • Lot 3: Transformation
  • Lot 4: Finance
  • Lot 5: HR
  • Lot 6: Procurement
  • Lot 7: Health & Social Care
  • Lot 8: Infrastructure and Public Services
  • Lot 9: Environment and Sustainability
  • Lot 10: Restructuring and Insolvency
