The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), operated by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, is developing the Specialist Security Services & Nurse Call Systems Framework under reference W6893.
The framework is intended to replace the existing NOE.0571 Security Services framework, which expires on 8 June 2027, while expanding the scope into more specialised security services, integrated security technology and healthcare monitoring solutions.
The current planning position indicates an estimated value of £145 million excluding VAT (£174 million including VAT), UK-wide coverage and a planned start date of 1 April 2027. The initial term is expected to run for two years to 31 March 2029, with potential extensions to 31 March 2031.
The framework may cover access control, alarms and alarm monitoring, CCTV, guarding, patrols, reception security, keyholding, crisis management, training, maintenance, integrated security systems and nurse call or healthcare monitoring solutions.
If your organisation delivers guarding, electronic security, monitoring, systems integration, maintenance, training, nurse call or associated specialist services, now is the time to assess your readiness and future positioning.
